By accessing or using HumanWriteup ("we," "our," or "us") and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HumanWriteup. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using HumanWriteup, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Your use of the services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@humanwriteup.com
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

HumanWriteup provides AI-powered text humanization services that rewrite AI-generated content to sound more natural and human. Our services include:

• AI text humanizer tool
• Word usage tracking tied to your subscription plan
• Humanization history and account management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

All content, software, technology, designs, and materials associated with HumanWriteup — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, source code, and user interface elements — are owned by or licensed to HumanWriteup and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent
• Sublicense or sell access to our services

You retain ownership of the content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not use the services to infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Not use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Automated access: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated means to access or collect data from our services without our express written permission
• Circumventing limits: Attempting to bypass subscription word limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing multiple people to use a single account
• Reselling: Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting access to our services without authorization
• Malicious content: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or our staff
• Fraud: Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or chargeback abuse

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

HumanWriteup offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fees at the start of each billing period.
• Price changes:We may change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
• Taxes: Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice where required by law.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until the outstanding balance is settled.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. HumanWriteup does not store your full payment card details.

All payments are non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription, we immediately allocate computational resources and provide access to our services. Due to this immediate resource allocation, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, partial billing periods, or unused word credits.

Exceptions may be considered solely at our discretion in cases of verified technical errors on our part that prevented you from using the service. To request an exception, contact support@humanwriteup.com within 7 days of the charge.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
• No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing period.
• Your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the period.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable
• AI-humanized content will bypass any specific AI detection tool or meet any particular quality standard
• Any defects in the services will be corrected

You use our services at your own risk and are solely responsible for how you use any content produced by our AI tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HumanWriteup and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $50 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HumanWriteup and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you submit to our services

Informal resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@humanwriteup.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against HumanWriteup.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Actions that harm other users or our infrastructure

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
